Cancellation of reservation
If you made a reservation through our official website, please request a cancellation using the form below. The cancellation itself will be processed through our reservation system (Beds24).
If you made a reservation through a booking site (OTA) such as Airbnb or Booking.com, the cancellation policy of the booking site you used will apply, rather than the policy of our facility.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of booking (and more than 30 days prior to check-in date)Full refund

- Cancellations made 6 days after the check-in date or no-showsNo refunds
If a refund occurs, it will be made to the credit card used for payment at the time of booking. Depending on the card company, it may take several business days for the refund to be credited.
